With the professional knowledge in construction risk planning and the pratical experience in megaproject managment, Prof. Stephen Ogunlana who is the lecturer of Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom has been receiving a lot of interests and concerns from more than 20 participants. His analysis has given the oppoturnities for perfecting the infrastructure construction in Asia, especially in Vietnam construction industry.
