Master's program in Project Management in Construction was successfully organized a seminar: " Key Considerations for Design & Build with Project Management Service of a Construction Project", presented by Mr. Burin, adjunct faculty of AIT, CEO of Wiik & Hoeglund and Managing Director of Koncise, Thailand in Hanoi on 14 May 2016 and HCMC on 15 May 2016.

This seminar was attracted many people from both public and private sectors as Design & Build is a new approach in Vietnam. Mr. Burin shared about his experience in contractor's organization, services offerings, risk profiles, developer's mindset, and critical success factors.
